DREAM JOB
For my dream job, I would like to be a web designer or advertisement because I enjoy creating and designing things based upon a brief as I like the designing and creating aspect of this course. Furthermore instead of working for a company I would rather freelance as it leaves more options open for the future, however that could be a side job as it does ensure job security incase I cannot work for whatever reason. Although, I would potentially also like to work in web design as I did something similar in high school and enjoyed it.

HARD N SOFT SKILLS

Soft skills are general traits not specific to any job, helping employees excel in any workplace. They include communication, teamwork, and adaptability, often termed as transferable or interpersonal skills. Having good soft skills is important because it can be used in multiple different jobs and is transferable. Therefore, they are useful addition to add to add to a cv as they can help make you seem more employable. Hard skills are technical abilities and knowledge that you gain through training, practice and education. Hard skills are less transferable across jobs and industries but are just as important because if you cannot create good things then there is no reason to hire you.

CV
A CV (Curriculum Vitae) is a comprehensive document that outlines an individual's professional background, education, skills, and achievements, typically used when applying for jobs, academic positions, or internships. A creative CV is a visually engaging and unique version of a traditional CV that reflects a candidate's personality, skills, and creativity. Often used in industries such as design, marketing, media, and the arts, a creative CV goes beyond the standard text-based format to make a bold impression on potential employer.

In my opinion, the first cv is better in terms of appealing more professional and showing all of your skills and your achievements and will work much better for a normal office job. However, for a creative and design focused workplace the one on the right would probably work better as it shows the persons design skills in a creative way whilst also showing their skills and qualifications. The main difference between these two is the way in which they are set out. The first one would be more suitable for a more professional environment as it is straight to the point and easily shows the qualifications of the person in a basic way. The second one would be more suitable in a design based workplace as it gives less information but instead shows their creative abilities which is skill more valued in that industry rather than school grades.
